Does Textualiza AI recognize handwritten text (ICR)?
Yes. Our AI models recognize handwritten text (ICR) in forms, medical prescriptions, and notes. Accuracy depends on legibility, but the system automatically pre-processes images to improve quality before extraction.
What is the accuracy of Textualiza AI OCR?

Structuring and Data Extraction

How does Textualiza AI turn documents into structured data?

AI Content Generation

What types of content can Textualiza AI generate?

Can I customize the tone and style of generated content?
Yes. The platform lets you define templates, vocabulary, tone of voice, and formatting rules. Generated content follows your company's identity. We recommend a quick review before publishing.

Security and LGPD

Is Textualiza AI compliant with LGPD?
Yes. We follow LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) guidelines. Documents are processed with AES-256 encryption, stored on secure servers in Brazil, and can be deleted at any time by your team. Read our Privacy Policy.
How are my documents protected?
We use AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, OAuth 2.0 authentication with 2FA, daily backups, and complete audit logs. The infrastructure follows ISO 27001 standards.
Can I delete my documents from the platform?
Yes. You have full control over your data. You can delete documents individually or in bulk through the dashboard. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — we do not keep copies after removal.

API and Integration

Does Textualiza AI have an API? How do I integrate with my system?

Does the API support webhooks?
Yes. You set up a callback URL and Textualiza AI automatically notifies your system when document processing is complete. Ideal for asynchronous workflows and batch processing.
Are there API request limits?

Does Textualiza AI have a free plan?

How does billing work?
You purchase credits and spend as you go. Each feature (OCR, structuring, generation) has a cost per page processed. No mandatory monthly subscription — pay only for what you use. See detailed pricing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no loyalty contracts, penalties, or minimum periods. Your unused credits remain available if you decide to come back later.
